If you need to raise money a Business Plan will probably be an essential for you. But what if your plan is for theimprovementof businessperformance and you don't feel you want to go through the whole process of Strategic Business Planning?
If you have never formally planned before a simpler introduction for your first year of planning could be just the ticket. We have often found that it works better to ease organisations into strategic planning and an Action Plan could be the perfect low cost, low time commitment starter option for you.
A full business plan would tend to take us at least 10 consultancy days with us running workshops for your team and carrying out research to develop your Business Strategy and ultimately an Action Plan.
Preparing an Action Plan in itself cuts straight to the chase and takes just 2 consultancy days. It is nowhere near as good as a full plan but it is a good introduction to planning.

We agree with you what information will be used in the main meeting and who will be putting it together.

The Action Plan is the key to business success. It is a bullet point list of what your team are actually planning to do to take the organisation towards your aims and goals.
When we have completed the Action Plan one of our consultants can if you wish convert the Action Plan into a basic Business Plan for an extra day's consultancy. We won't need to visit your premises for that part but a few emails and perhaps a couple of phone calls may be needed.
